🔐 Encrypt Stored Passwords
Converts student and teacher passwords from plain text to encrypted storage. Logins keep working, passwords stay unique, and you can still see them in the tables above. Run this once after deploying. Safe to run again — already-encrypted records are skipped.
📦 Full Data Export
A complete portable copy of the school's data — students, parents, staff, groups, classes, attendance, reviews, billing, accounting and settings — as an Excel workbook plus CSV files. Nothing is deleted. Passwords are never included.
🗑 Database Flush
Downloads all attendance, accounting, and class records as an Excel file, then permanently deletes them from the database. Students, parents, teachers, staff, groups and prices are not affected.
